We were traveling down to CA over the Christmas holiday week in our RV when we began to experience engine trouble. We were referred to Motor Motion from another mechanic, and fortunately Greg was able to fit us in. Our issue proved to be complicated and elusive to diagnose, and their mechanic staff put three days into diagnosing and fixing what they could. They cheerfully put up with our repeated calls into the shop, and took the time to explain their troubleshooting process and what they were doing, while also reassuring us that they weren't charging us for their troubleshooting time. True to their word they didn't. Turned out the final necessary part was no longer made by Ford and they weren't able to procure a rebuilt one in time before the holiday weekend, and we needed to get back and could now safely do so. However, they gave us the part number and coached us on how to get it when we returned back to Seattle. We went to pick our RV up just as they were closing down for the holiday long weekend, and were very happy with the work they did and the reasonableness of the bill. Shortly after we pulled out we discovered that the indicator lights weren't working--a new issue. I called Motor Motion back and the front desk person stayed late to await our return, and called his boss to have him help troubleshoot via the phone as all the shop guys had already left. Turned out it was a blown fuse which was quickly remedied and we were on our way. The folks at Motor Motion showed exemplary customer service beyond the call of duty, and did a great job with what they could repair. We sorely wish they were located in our home town as they would be our mechanic of choice if they were. We highly recommend Motor Motion.
